 MUDRA AND CHANTING

In this Workshop is facilitated by Natasha an expert in her field. 

There are three parts to the workshop: You will learn the Wisdome behind Mudras and Chanting, then dive into the practice and explore the experience of the sound, the formation of words and the physical practice. 

WISDOM 

The Mudras are energetic tools of transformation, first spoken about in ancient India. 

They are hand gestures that cleanse, balance and energise our physical, emotional and spiritual beings. 

Chanting is an ancient system of recitation first discovered in the Veda, an ancient series of texts from India,

which were first imparted only orally.

Through the complex landscape of tonality, rhythm and pace we work with vibrational medicine 

to connect deeper to ourselves and the universe. 

PRACTICE 

We will explore the 5 elements through Mudras and chanting for the elements . 

We will prepare ourselves through breathing practices and small Kriyas before working 

with an element, the Mudras and its relevant chant. 

A comprehensive practice of ancient yogic tools to deepen your awareness and support your spiritual journey is awaiting you.

EXPERIENCE 

We will offer an integrative practice to bring all elements together and take you on a journey of experience and integration.

FACILITATOR

NATASHA is a certified yoga therapist and founder of Anam Cara Yoga Retreats. Natasha Creates beautiful spaces and intimate gatherings, using sound, art and dance therapy in collaboration with yoga and other healing practices to offer a holistic experience out in nature.
